ARTIST OF THE MONTH: ~akeyla
Eh-Hey is my favourite sculpture of all those cute little dragon babies in akeyla's gallery. It's simply perfect with those dragonfly wings, the beady eyes and these little lizard feet. I can really feel his toenails scratch over my skin and hear this little fellow make some squeaky sounds


I don't really know where to begin... ~akeyla is simply amazing. I am so happy to feature an artist of so many talents. I so much adore her polymer dragon sculptures - each one of these little guys is so special, and they all are so very cute. But even more, akeyla also does some really lovely drawing and painting. Not only dragons, but also other fantasy art. So be sure to check out her fantastic gallery

JULY FEATURE 2007: ~Blackmane
Fledgling Nog is so cute, it touched my heart at the first glance. It is hardly believable, that this lovely little fellow is uploaded in the scraps section of its artist.


~Blackmane is an artist who spends a lot of love in her pictures. Although she's not a professional one can surely see her improvements. Be sure to check out her gallery and comment, because she really deserves it. Her pictures show so much joy!

MAY FEATURE 2005: *kerembeyit
Jhereg is a fantastic digital painting with lots of nice textural details. I love the reflections of the light balls on the dragon's skin This picture was created as a bookcover and shows the artist's favourite version. The bookcover itself wasn't allowed to have this gorgeous stary sky


is a professional and you can see it in all of his pictures. He does great fantasy art and some dragons also live in his gallery. Perhaps you've seen some of his pictures on a bookcover already - open your eyes next time in the bookshop

APRIL FEATURE 2005: ~tiamatthefreak
I simply love the picture "pearlsnatcher" you can see on the left side. It has stunning colours and the motive is both cute and special. This is not one of those roaring clichée dragons, but a very individual pink fellow who looks very cheeky. Maybe he's going to play football with the pearl


is not one of the few "mostly dragonart artists" but shows a much bigger variety in her art. She makes colourful creative fantasy art and her gallery is surely worth a visit!
